I'm honestly shocked that some of you people can perform basic activities of daily living, much less turn on an electronic device and post on a message board.

I'll be honest. It isn't easy. I spent months just poking at the blank screen trying to get it to do something. After using a hammer on it to get it to come on, I had to get another one. Frustrating. I finally took a class and after failing it 3 times, I passed with a certificate of "Turning On" the computer.
I haven't gotten much past that, but thanks for your concern. Life is tough, but I'm getting through it day by day.
