There's also no white.

Like another poster said, those who see white, many eventually change to blue. Those who see blue stick with blue.

Numerous articles say it is, in fact, blue.

Not saying it's not out there, but I haven't seen anything stating it is white, factually.

Looks like the white balance is off from the camera, and that gives the white a blueish tint. Mixed lighting in the room: indoor tungsten light mixed with outdoor window light

The dress is blue and black. The pic n OP is shitily lit, but the actual dress is black and blue.
