Would you rather have Dan Marino or Trent Dilfer as your QB?

In 4 years, Luck will be 26 and Rodgers 32. It's a toss up for league MVP year in and year out IMO (assuming Colts and Packers are still making the playoffs) because by that time Brees, Brady, and Manning will be retired. Who else will challenge them? Wilson? Cam? Flacco? Don't think so.

Luck, anyone who picks Wilson doesn't understand basic football fundamentals

I am a big fan of Russell Wilson, but I would take Luck everyday and twice on Sunday.

Same appearances, one a piece. Dilfer won his Marino lost his. If your implying that would pick Dilfer over Marino I won't call you stupid. Because its obvious your mentally challenged. If Marino had played his career with the defense Dilfer had with the Ravens he might have 6 or 7 super bowl wins.

How are you so wrong about their ages? Was it a blind guess?

In fairness if Dilfer played his while career with the 2000 Ravens defense he also would have won 6 or 7 super bowls

I'm using the Tom Brady argument. Or does that only come into effect for him only?

For some reason Luck (like Favre) goes completely unscathed for being the turnover machine he is. Anyone who believes Luck is the best QB in the league right now is a brain dead simpleton.

Luck ... Unless the opponent is the Patriots. The Patriot have dominated Lucks arse since he got into the league.

To start their careers, Russell Wilson = Tom Brady and Andrew Luck = Peyton Manning. Russell Wilson, like Tom Brady, started out on a team with a great defense and he only had to be a game manager. Andrew Luck, like Peyton Manning, started out on a team driven by huge offensive numbers and a bad defense. The Seahawks, like the Patriots, won by defense. The Colts, like the Colts, won by offense.
quote:

Stats (first 3 FULL years):

Tom Brady: 10,227 passing yards, 71 TD, 38 INT, 35 fumbles, completion % roughly 62, 201 rushing yards
Russell Wilson: 9,950 passing yards, 83 TD, 26 INT, 28 fumbles, completion % roughly 63, 1,877 rushing yards
quote:

Defense ranking (first 3 FULL years)

New England Patriots: can't find (2002), 1st (2003), 2nd (2004)
Seattle Seahawks: 1st (2012), 1st (2013), 1st (2014)
quote:

Stats (first 3 FULL years)

Peyton Manning: 12,287 passing yards, 88 TD, 58 INT, 14 fumbles, completion % roughly 60, 251 rushing yards
Andrew Luck: 12,957 passing yards, 98 TD, 43 INT, 28 fumbles, completion % roughly 58, 905 rushing yards
Individual statistics and the eye test point to Andrew Luck being better, but team accomplishments (Super Bowl wins and appearances) point to Russell Wilson being better.

No kidding.

I believe Andrew Luck had the second most turnovers in 2014 only behind Jay Cutler.

In 4 years? Tom Brady would be 41 years old and Drew Brees would be 40 years old.

No way in hell.
