If Kelvin Benjamin was in this years draft, where would he be taken?

Nope, 3rd.

I think White goes in front of Cooper based on measurables. I think Cooper is the safer pick however.

Hell no. In all likelihood he would probably fall somewhere near his actual draft spot. Kevin white is a also a big bodied receiver but with elite speed, especially compared to Benjamin's paltry 40 time.

DVP is really neck and neck with these other two, just not talked about much by the fans.

eta: you are letting his nfl rookie year dictate a higher draft stock for him than his actual stock in the draft.

I'd be tempted to pick him as the first receiver. He's physically imposing, and a difference maker

Edit: I answered based on what we know of Benjamin now, not by what we knew when he entered the draft

No, 3rd after White and Cooper. Maybe even 4th after Parker from Louisville. Benjamin had some baggage about his attitude and work ethic.

3rd probably. Teams would still drool over his size

4th at best behind White, Cooper, and DGB.

He would be above DGB because he didn't have the off the field issues I don't believe

Hell no. He'd be in the second tier with Parker, Strong and DGB. probably the #3-5 WR taken.

I dunno. Around this time last year there was a lot of chatter about his work ethic and rumors that he was overweight. Some team is gonna pull a classic Al Davis and draft DGB high based on his freakish measurables.

Well, I'd say Benjamin has worked out so far.

Isn't the question specifically about how he was viewed as a prospect without the benefit of hindsight as to his performance as a rookie?
