Is there supposed to be a gap between the tigerdroppings logo and the links bar?

There is a large gap/space between the big tigerdroppings logo and the "my links" bar.
Is this just something I never noticed before, because it seems different all of the sudden.
It's as if the entire site interface shifted down a bit. The actual topics section on any given forum is unusually low on the page.
