Elevating the seat of a sit-in kayak

I have a sit-in Kayak (an Old Town Vapor Angler 10) I like to take when I go fishing for spots in very narrow rivers that have some current. I'd like more elevation though, something more permanent than just sitting on a square life preserver. You guys have any homemade ways I can do this?

Try to find a stadium seat or beach chair that will fit. Attach pool noodles to the feet.
