Parade in NOLA CBD tonight?

In my office and can hear a band marching down Baronne, they just crossed Canal... anyone have any idea whats going on? seems like full parade, has a police escort, sounds like a large high school band, so not a 2nd line... also had someone blaring music a few minutes ago too
