Just watched the replay of the LSU/UF gymnastics

We have a few youngsters who are talented as well. Does anyone know how good our incoming recruiting class is? We are losing a strong senior group. We will still be good next year I hear though

Our recruiting class is gunna be sick. Also, have the NUMBER ONE gymnastics facility in the country being built right now (HANDS DOWN) right next to Tiger Stadium. Future is very bright. Losing 3 major contributors, but we are deep. We should be contenders for many years to come.

How much of the recruiting do you attribute to the assistant who was at Georgia all those years they were winning titles. At one time it was 5 in a row I think. I've heard he's made a big difference in the program.

A lot. Jay is a fantastic guy, great coach, and a great recruiter with an unbelievable amount of contacts all over the country. But DD had us steadily trending up when he got here. Skip gave DD the more freedom and a bigger recruiting budget to recruit the best girls. Since then shes recruited lights out really. Jay really pushed hard for the new facility and help DD raise the funds to make it happen. Once joe gave DD the green light, it was on. Bob Moore doesn't seek much recognition, but he's a great communicator and the best vaulting coach in the country. Our staff really has a chemistry and trust they've never had before. All the coaches are pulling their weight and in the same direction. DD is finally getting the resources she needs and I hope she stays long enough to reap the rewards. This team IS and WILL BE special and everyone close to the program knows it.

We also added Sarah Finnegan to this class a few days after this article was posted. She was an alternate for team USA in the 2012 Olympics. My only concern is both her and Lexie Priessman (our two elites in this class), have suffered major chronic injuries in the last two years. I know Lexie just had two more surgeries. These girls were extremely good before these injuries. Not to say they can't come back, but still a concern. I know Savona had major injuries as well, and look at her now.

Yeah. Except she is suing my buddy claiming "permanent disability" and "loss of enjoyment of life" from a stop and go 2 MPH traffic accident on Nicholson last year. No damage to the cars but she is "injured". Girl has a serious, serious integrity problem.

The attorneys have ESPN footage of her winning the NCAA's a month after the accident. But she says her Doctor's records trump that.
