@DTGoteraKHOU: Dynamo announce a TV partnership with ROOT Sports. The network will show 22 games in 2015, the other 12 carried on national TV broadcasts.

I am friends with a guy that is a producer for Root in Denver. When I saw him a couple of weeks back, he mentioned that Root would cover the Dynamo games. I figured this was announced a while back and I missed it. When I searched a few days ago for the game and saw nothing, I got worried. This is reassuring now. Uverse probably just needs to update.

It's going to be so nice being able to follow them every game now that Comcast is out of the picture. Although, maybe that was a blessing in disguise with the way last season went.

Hrm, the strike got me thinking. Will they push back the existing games so that the full season will play out? I got 3/28 tickets because I figured this would be over by then. Muddy water now.

Si has a preview and all 4 writers picked us to miss the playoffs, am I the only one who thinks that is crazy with what we've added this offseason? I think Miranda really helps our defense and cubo should score a ton of goals with Barnes.

This got me thinking. It's amazing how I know a lot about everything Arsenal does all season and off-season. If we get someone from another team, chances are I will know a little bit about them. The Dynamo are 10 minutes from my house, and I don't know anything about what we did in the offseason. Most of that is probably my fault, but it just seems odd how things turn out. Hell, before Root, I had a much easier time watching Arsenal games as well.

I also don't get why people think Rodriguez is a bum. We upgraded our defense big time and added a consistent goal scorer. Houston was far more competitive after Garrido and Beasley joined the team and everyone ignores it because how poorly the team started.

I figured I'd check in here real quick, I don't usually watch MLS, but I'm going to Houston this weekend for the baseball tournament and since the Dynamo have a home game after LSU plays I was thinking I might check it out, anyone got advice on where to sit? (I can walk to the stadium from our hotel so I'm not worried about parking)

Anywhere in the stadium is fun actually great view... First game so it should be crowded and rocking. I'd go if I were you. I won't be in town so I'm going to Orlando City Friday

It just all depends on when baseball ends, I think the games start at 3:30 and 7:30 so I should be good, but it's a tournament so you never know if it'll start on time, I mean Houston is the natural fit for me for MLS interest (although with Stevie G heading to LA, I may have to pull for them too).

So I'm hearing that Owen Coyle that I remember from EPL is the new Dynamo manager... what offers did he get in England that he chose the Dynamo over?

Just got back to my hotel after that game, that was a lot of fun, I'm considering coming back in July when the Galaxy come to town (with Stevie G), BBVA is a fantastic stadium
