They really did well this year. I still have no idea how Lenny Kravitz is a headliner anymore. I can't wait til he plays Fly Away

lol... I want to go on the first day. how much are single day tickets typically if the full 3 days is 95+ fees?
Posted on 2/25/15 at 9:36 am to monsterballads
Single day tickets are 40 I believe but you should have no problem finding a scalper outside selling them for half that.
Posted on 2/25/15 at 9:38 am to Larry
unreal... flaming lips, pixies, jenny lewis and ryan adams for $40? yeah, i'm going to do this. Screw paying $73 for a nola pixies ticket lol
Posted on 2/25/15 at 9:39 am to monsterballads
You're missing that extra $33 worth of culture breh
Posted on 2/25/15 at 9:44 am to CaptainPanic
well yeah, that is very true

pixies
Yesterday I was pissed about the pixies discussion. Today I am happy...
I'll be getting the 3 day pass. It's in my backyard and, for $95, you can't beat the deal. This is an easy festival to pop in and pop out of - especially if you know folks who live on the south bluffs (directly above the park) and you can park at their place.

obviously venue shows and festival shows are different, but beale st fest got some great acts this year. i'd like to see wilco on that sunday but...
Posted on 2/25/15 at 1:02 pm to Burlee
Beale street would be better without all the crap numetal they put in there every year
Posted on 2/25/15 at 1:27 pm to REG861
I went a few years ago and really enjoyed myself. Plus the whole weekend was cheap as hell. Basically costs almost the same for 3 days of music as one day at jazzfest.

crap numetal
I didn't see any nu metal in this lineup?
ETA: breaking benjamin nu metal? I can't say i've ever heard a single breaking benjamin song in my life
