Which is more important to you - RT Audience Score or RT Tomatometer?

I occasionally browse the M/TV board so I wanted to see which RottenTomato metric is more important/influential to you all. Personally, if there is a movie I find interesting, a bad score in either metric will not deter me from seeing the film.
However, with the more obscure titles or films that don't peak my interest immediately, I find the Audience Score is usually my go-to factor for whether or not I'll watch the film. I hate to sound like just another sheep, but I feel as though the Audience Score is a better predictor of whether or not I find the film enjoyable. To put it another way, I'm much more inclined to view a movie with a poor Tomatometer score (<50%) but a >60% Audience Score than I am if the ratings were reversed.
I wish RT allowed you to sort movies by the Audience Score rather than the Tomatometer. That omission seems pretty significant and it is the reason I prefer IMDB top lists over RT, although I use RT much more with new features.
Anyway, the Birdman/Whiplash thread sparked my interest in how the board views these things. For reference:

Whatever MLSter says about a movie, that's all I care about.

Neither. I know what I like.

I usually go by the audience score. Typically more indicative of enjoyable the movie. Recent example: The Wedding Ringer. Critics hated it (29%), but the people liked it (74%). Personally, I thought it was hilarious.

Depends on what kind of movie it is. Smart / different / classic movies - tomatometer. Action movies - audience.
