Let's say you did a really bad thing and the only evidence of it that you know of is on your phone. Then let's say you find out that you are under suspicion not for that bad deed, but for the murder of an acquaintance. Do you smash up your phone because you know you'll be found out regarding the first bad deed? See the link below. Just perused the facts as reported on this blog. Hernandez is going to go to jail for the rest of his fricked up life.

Havent kept up with this at all but just know it involves Hernandez. Is there any chance Hernandez was set up? Again, Im asking this bc I have no knowledge what so ever with this case other then something about a gun found at the scene but it wasnt the murder weapon....just one that Hernandez owned.

i dont think he was set up... but dam there has to be SOME kind of tampering to make the case juicy. What are the odds of the shell casing being stuck inside some blue gum that he chewed that night?!! i mean you have to be really unlucky

Or really stupid. This dude had been walking the thin line between complete tpos/thug behavior for years. with all the evidence i'v seen, I don't see any way he doesn't get convicted. Although its not as clean cut as the Ray Carruth case, I think there is plenty of direct and circumstantial evidence to convict him. I am just curious what the accomplices get convicted of.

I strongly doubt it. He told his friends to hurry up and get to his house. He had Odin in the car, they stopped and in the time it takes from the crime scene to his home, they got there and only 3 poeple got out of the car.

He destroyed his home security system. Destroyed his cell phone before handing it over to the police. His fiancee removed a bag from the house while a cleaning crew came by the next day after the murder.

If Hernandez was set up, then they were VERY thorough.

His girlfriend/fiancee has been granted immunity to testify against him.

It sure looks like a lot of evidence linking him to the murder scene.

A lot of circumstancial evidence
Would not shock me if he got off
Shouldn't but mistakes have been made by police which does put some doubt of reasonableness on this case

when I read that in the article I thought, he's fricked. I am curious when she is going to testify, and what she's going to admit to. If she's got nothing to lose, she can basically get him convicted on her testimony alone.
