And not even close really. Chappell Show was so awesome because the ideas fit so perfectly into sketch/skit comedy. A movie-length version of any of it would most likely suck. Perfect example, see the how few SNL skit-into-movies succeeded or were any good (Wayne's Worlds and maybe Coneheads?).
Sketch comedy is funny for a reason, and one of those reasons is because too much of a good thing can be a bad thing.

I feel like anything more than 30 minutes at a time of Tyrone as the main character would be over-exposure. Now, Tyrone as a goofy recurring side character in a movie (think Neil Patrick Harris in "Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle") would be money.

I would, but off the top of my head, I can think of 3 movies from that show right away that I'd rather watch:
1) An Anchorman style movie about Chuck Taylor
2) The Time Haters can be a whole Bill and Ted-style franchise
3) PopCopy--because frick 'em, that's why

the hardest I've ever laughed was after he discovers that the 5 o'clock free crack giveaway (always makes me to see, type, or hear that) he asks if there will be crack at the end
really not that to everyone else, but for some reason it had me holding my stomach

Popcopy would be a great "clerks" style movie. Wouldn't work great with the times now but it could be set in the 90s/early 2000s.
I fricking love Tyrone biggums and don't get why he's not more popular. The fear factor skit is tier 1 chappelles show IMO. Red balls is funny enough and him talking to the classroom is fantastic stuff. I agree with other a that he could be a great side character in a movie. shite he could be a great side character in a popcopy movie.
ETA: also lol at anyone in this thread saying they wouldn't pay to see this movie. Assuming Chappelle is involved (obviously) I'd pay to see pretty much any movie he felt was good enough to release.

No, now Clayton Bigsby, the black white-supremacist, that's another story. I would like to know more about his life.
