The DUFF is a terrible film

Wow. I heard it was the next Mean Girls. What a flop. Characters suck, acting is average, the story is predictable, and the jokes are horrible. I didn't laugh once. I almost walked out early, but because of the solid RT scores (for a comedy), I stuck it out. What a mistake. I would rather see "Let's Be Cops" three more times than have to sit through this mess again.

The movie tries to be a satire on social media. Total flop. Just the basic jokes you've heard a million times over and over.

If I save one person from wasting two hours of their life, this thread will be an accomplishment.

I'd also add that the "hot girls" in this movie are not hot, look like minors (unlike McAdams, Lohan, etc.), and get barely any screen time anyway. If I ever see someone compare this movie to Mean Girls in real life, I will have to resist the urge to punch them in the face repeatedly.
