Denver did it with Manning, with marginal success. It would all depend if the Saints think there is a hall of famer in the making in this years class or next, and they are all but assured of a top 2 or 3 pick to get him.

The media would have you believe Darren blew up in philly.
Darren rushing avg per game was 21.9 last year. 2nd best in 5 years as his first year as a Saint was higher.
Darren recv yards per game last year was 25.8. His worst since before he was a Saint.
47.7 total yards a game last year as a Phill.
If his wife had accepted the pay cut the Saints offered he would still be in NOLA.

We know. You also constantly bring up his height as a reason you don't like him either.
Pretty sad that some fans can't appreciate the greatness we're witnessing from our QB. We're unlikely to see it for decades after he retires unless we get lucky
