Simple. Ruth's is the most overrated steak house I've ever been in.

Why?

Butter.

Why would you put butter on a Prime steak? The only reason I can think if is you aren't confident you can't otherwise season it right.

It's already infused with its own fat flavor from all the marbling that makes it Prime in the first place. All adding butter does is cover all the great Prime Steak flavor and make it instead taste like---------------------------Butter.
