Could be heroin. Actually looks a lot like it, just wouldn't make sense. The saying and pic sounds like an mdma user to me.
Also I've seen mdma packaged up in bricks that .5g rocks could be broken off of like that. Not always just powder. Also Molly is very very often sold in those pill casings.

Exactly. If she would have called it "dog food" or something then maybe. I'm almost 99% sure its Molly or fake MDMA type speed although it looks just like heroin as well. Just .5g heroin is usually sold in foil packs while Molly is sold in those pill casings.

Those are called moon rock capsules.
