The wife and I are in a garden home. No kids and a chihuahua. No plans to move.

I've got plans to fence in the backyard and then build out an addition to our patio. After that I want to put in a nice jacuzzi. We'd prefer to do it right and build an in ground/gunnite version. I've seen some people building zero degree entrance types.

What is that going to set me back based on a $30K cost of a typical pool these days?

Depends on the color of the chihuahua.
