For jumping, do not touch her, just walk fast in her direction. Touching is a positive sign, just run into her. For biting, buy Bitter apple and spray it directly in her mouth each time she bites. Just open her mouth and spray. Eventually she will stop (It is the most foul tasting spray invented).
