A random woman approached my sister and gave her a message

My sister was at a restaurant with her fiancé and friends. A stranger walked up to my sister's table, grabbed her arms, looked her straight in the eyes and said, "A big event will happen in the world on February 27th. Do not travel on that day," and then she hugged my sister and walked away.
Needless to say my sister, fiancé, and everyone at their table were, and continue to be, freaked out.
Also, as luck would have it, her fiancé is flying to New York that day for a conference.
I admit that it's incredibly odd that a middle aged woman would target someone in a public restaurant and simply state a prediction.
