I eat to live so I disagree because I believe eggs are the perfect food. But that's just like, my opinion.

I'm not a fan of a big breakfast, especially at restaurants. Too carb heavy and feel like crap the rest of the day.

I like breakfast food just not waffles or pancakes or French toast. Anything with syrup is just too sweet for me. I can eat it but I'd prefer eggs and hash browns any day.
