We've had Brees at a really good discount for 6 years, I don't blame the guy at all for him not wanting to give any back if that's the case. How about we focus on guys that provide little to no value to this team.

Regardless how anyone feels about all of this is it appears the team has not reached out to Brees asking him to restructure, take a cut, or extend his contract. Based on what SP said the other day, the team has no intentions to reach out to him and ask for an adjustment to his contract.
