In the BR area. We don't go to church in a traditional structure and daughter (no pics) goes to an unaffiliated church in Texas where she's in grad school.

Know of one that would let an outsider use? For a fee, of course...

I'd go with Bethany.

No Catholic churches. I'm sure a Baptist church would do it

Also try Lutheran, the previous mention on Catholic being out is correct.

Try the chapel at Lamar Dixon. My daughter was married there, really nice, kinda small - probably 200.

There is a really cool church/chapel on the grounds of Lamar Dixon. You can bring your own JOP/Pastor and it's a really cool building.

just a tad late

That is just the thing! Thanks.
Did you do the reception there or elsewhere?

The Bluffs (St Francisville) has a chapel/church as well. Beautiful setting

Bluffs Chapel

Also there is a chapel in the Santa Maria neighborhood, but I have no idea if it can be rented or what the size is.

No place for the reception there (Lamar Dixon) worth a shite. We did ours a short drive away. I was OT poor so saved the money and rented out my neighborhood clubhouse. Worked great. Glad I saved the $ and invested what I would have spent otherwise.

If it doesn't have to be a chapel I would recommend the Old State Capitol. Really good wedding location and I don't think it is that expensive.

Most churches will do anything you want if the price is right.
