I think we all can agree another helps, but kinda can't blame him for not wanting to come back to learn a new d. I think he goes in the 4th and makes all teams that passed on him feel silly!

Kwon u ma man! Do work in da league!

He's not a monster at all actually. He is rather small for a NFL LB. He got over powered a lot when an olineman got their hands on him. I also noticed that his balance wasnt great and it was proven true because 2 of his scouting reports say he lacks balance and finds himself on the ground a bit to much.

I disagree--I think he has tremendous instincts. He is a great football player pound for pound. Whether that combined with his physical skills winds him up in the 5th round or the 2nd, I have no idea. I'm just saying he can't improve his draft stock be coming back.

We have so many tards on this board who thinking coming back is the difference between going undrafted and going in the 2nd round. Or going in the 5th round and going in the top 10. That is just not the fricking case at all. If theres enough film on you, you are who you are.

I can't agree. Explain to me how it helps him to come back. Use examples.

he could improve his draft stock by.
1. Getting better at shedding blocks.
2. Show work ethic by gaining 10 lbs of muscle that he will certainly need in the nfl.
3. He needs to improve on adapting on the fly during a play. ( if he is in a run defense play call and the offense passes the ball)
4. Scouts say he also doesnt have gap discipline( he will attack a gap before the rb even commits to the gap , therefore the rb can cutback into Kwon's old gap for a big gain).
5. Scouts also said he doesnt always form tackle but rather lunges instead of wrapping up, which lets the ball carrier stay on his feet and run through tackles.

NIce points, and I will concede that some improvement in areas like you mentioned may move him 30 spots or so. May move him from 5th round to 4th. Or 3rd to 2nd. But not enough to justify the risk of injury or the 1 year of 1) not making money and 2) having to wait an extra year to get to that 2nd contract.

La'el made a good decision because he probably went from 2nd round to top 15-20. Kwon is not making that kind of jump. Reward does not equal risk in his case. Imho, of course.

I agree with this, especially when you consider he has had previous ACL surgery.

He's really a tough one to figure. Has tweener written all over him.

I'm more concerned that he gets drafted at all rather than his position in the draft. Hope I'm way off.
