post office open on mardi gras? 70737 zip edited

Does anyone know if post open will be open in 70737 (Gonzales) area on Tuesday. I understand that is some areas N.O., Houma that they are closed Mon/Tues - tomorrow is my admin day and I need to het some contracts mailed - TIA.

This came up last week and somebody said the post office was open even in NOLA on Tuesday.

I received packages today, had mail too and I think I checked it Saturday so I would say yes.

thanks all, I found a old thread about this - locked and it stated that basically the same but the OP thought N.O. was closed.
