Lookin to play here today for the first time in a while.

Last time we played, it was turning the corner. Greens were starting to roll better, and the rest of the course was looking better, maintenance wise.

Would be a great course if the greens were better and they took a few trees down on 6. Great clubhouse doe

Have some food for the raccoons. They've gotten brave within the last couple years. My buddies second in charge in the clubhouse there and he's told me multiple stories of guys getting food stolen from them right under their nose.

If they haven't gotten them already they should be getting new carts soon.

I hope they either fix the GPS system or get rid of it

The food is good too. Sometimes, when I get there, the parking lot is packed. Nobody playing.

I had my low round of the year out there. Greens and bunkers were kinda trashy. GPS tells you how far away the other carts are. That's pretty cool.

Carts kill if you try to go to your car to put your stuff up, not cool.

Do y'all play there often? I've been wanting to play it but it is a pretty long drive from Metairie.

I like the course, the clubhouse and the food are the attractions out there. I have always enjoyed playing out there. There are a couple holes that are shitty but for the most part, it's a fun course. I suck at golf so every course is challenging for me. But I find a way to enjoy it. My only complaint is the carts. The last 3 times we've gone there, one of our groups carts have died, and each cart I have been in the GPS did not work at all.

My FIL was hitting on the range there before his round, his cart partner went to get some breakfast sandwiches for the 4-some. Returns and leaves the sandwiches in the cart. Turns around eventually and there was a big arse blackbird scarfing down all 4 sandwiches. Left them the foil

They have some nearby who occasionally wonder out there. They're not going to mess with you.

Yea I've only heard a couple bear stories. They're there but they tend to stay away.
