Smoking freezer burned chicken?

So I have two racks of ribs in the smoker and I realized I had some frozen breasts from December...there's ice crystals on them so they may be freezer burned...see any reason why I shouldn't smoke em up?

I would croc pot them and use for shredded chicken tacos

Ice crystals are okay, brown spots are not

Thanks guys yeah opted to put them in the crock pot with some brown gravy
