At what age do you want your son to be able to beat you up?

Been thinking about this. If you're a manly man then having him stronger and tougher than you at a younger age makes him a real stallion...but it also makes you look like a pansy.
So what's a solid age where a son and spank his dad and everyone wins (ie Dad is proud, Son is not abusive)?
I say 25 years old. Old man dad strength is a super power.

Never. You always need to be able to beat the hell out of your boy. Not that you would, but he needs to know you could if you wanted to.

If my unborn son could whip my arse at the age of 18, I would be impressed. He ought to be able to at least hold his own against me by the time he's 20 generally speaking. That would put me at around 50. Not that I would ever expect him to have to, but it would be nice to know that my unborn son is physically imposing enough to not be the subject of ridicule.
That said, if he's healthy and happy, it doesn't really matter if I can kick his arse into my 80s. All of this is taking for granted that I can and will have a son...

Not until the frailty of age begins to show.. Fathers are usually touched by the hand of God and given the strength and skills of ten men when dealing with their sons. This strength subsides as age and necessity cross paths.

Not at all - never, but he can now - probably more than a couple of years and he's 25 - just under 6' and the same weight as me.
And he's scary strong. I wouldn't be so ashamed, except I'm Army and he's Air Force.

Sons can never beat their dad. My dad is 35 years older than me. I'm much stronger and faster than him. He's willing to go dirty against me though and I won't go dirty against him. Also, he has a bunch of hand to hand combat training that I never had and that makes a big difference.
