The Dale Gribble/John Redcorn situation

I watched an episode of KOTH last night where Hank, Boomhauer, Bill, and Dale see John Redcorn coming out of an employees only room of a Home Depot with a hot female worker. Dale automatically assumes that John Redcorn was hittin it. He gave him an attaboy and a thumbs up.
Now whenever John Redcorn comes from out of his house with Nancy, he automatically assumes that he was giving her a massage.
I have a theory that Dale knows whats going on, but he plays dumb because he has a great situation with Nancy being the breadwinner. He can use her money to buy all of his weird shite. He doesn't really make any money killing bugs. And who the hell cant see that Joseph is John Redcorn's kid.

Dale just sees what he wants to see.
That's why he is a conspiracy nut who doesn't know his wife has been cheating him him with John long enough that he is raising Redcorn's kid.

Pretty sure there's an episode where this all comes to a head and Dale finds out, and Nancy feels terrible and stops seeing Redcorn. After a few days Dale is tired of having to keep her entertained and encourages her to keep hitting Joh and he decides to pretend he doesn't know.

Dale believes in 1000s of crazy conspiracies but at his core, he has the trust of a child.
In his brain, he doesn't have the ability to believe bad things of his close friends and family.
That is why he went insane when Hank, Boom and Bill played the trick on him.
Nancy cheating on him is simply impossible for him the fathom and still function as a human being.
