For those that have seen Breaking Bad and SoA, which character was more caught up in the "I'm doing it for my family" B.S. to justify their evil ways? I have to go with Jax b/c he hardly ever spent time with his boys even though he claimed to be killing to protect his family.

Jax was a terrible father and as a result he had a weird arse kid that started acting out.

Jax. He could have gotten out and taken his family away from that mess, but he didn't want his wife supporting him.

Why don't we just have a bracket instead of a billion ____ vs _____ threads?

Walter would eventually win but not until Jax caused the deaths of dozens of innocent people.

In Jax's defense he inherited a pretty crappy situation. I think he truly wanted to get out (before Opie) and he definitely wanted to get out of drugs and violence. Also his mom was responsible for everything bad that happened in his life. He made some questionable decisions but the odds were against him.

For Walter, he was his own worst enemy as he lost his family's love and trust

Spoiler

Jax took out Pope while somehow channeling his apparently natural diplomatic skills to work out all the relationships he had with various gangs who didn't necessarily get along with each other.

He also took out some top IRA guys.

Jax would rip up Walter White's face like a fricking paper bag. I don't give Walt any chance in a fight. However, I do believe Jax is a much worse father than Walt. At least Walt spent time with his family regularly, unlike Jax.

Jax was 100 times worse of a parent but as far as your specific question, the answer would be white because Jax was fricked up anyway but used the family excuse less so than white.
