I just finished it on Netflix and really enjoyed it. It wasn't super exciting, but more of a feel good show to me. What'd y'all think of it?

Yep. The board pretty much universally loves it.

Damn tragedy that it was cancelled.

Top 10 GOAT. Pilot episode is spectacular. Shining example of network incompetence. One of my favorite shows ever and I never watched an original airing b/c the marketing and timeslots were so bad. It even won an Emmy and was nominated for two more and still didn't last even a full season.

You should check out Undeclared. It's not nearly as good as F&G, but similar with some of the same actors. It's sort of Freaks and Geeks the College Years.

Or shitty viewers. "Freaks and Geeks" would do better now than it did in the late 90s. People weren't ready to appreciate it yet. It was too real and too awkward. But that's why it's such a great show.

Hard to gain viewers when you openly question the future of the show, move the shows time slot in the first season, and also show 3 episodes in just a complete random order to frick up the continuity

"Feel everything show" would be more accurate

Bill with the cheerleader is a top 5 TV moment ever for me. Never been so excited for a fictional person before

I finally watched it a year or so ago. Great little series.

Now go watch Party Down, another one I found late. The episode where Arnold is coming to visit the college Republicans is fricking awesome. Don't know if it is still available, but on DirecTV you could download all of them from Starz for free.

I can't make it through the first episode. Guess I need to force myself one day to see what all the buzz is about.

This is impossible. We all know that it was the network's fault and not the fault of the show itself. Did NBC force you to watch it on the wrong night of the week? Did they make you watch it out of order?
