Timewarner sucks

Having no cable isn't a big deal but since I work from home not having internet is messing my workweek up.

So I put in move order. They were supposed to come out Wednesday to turn it on outside. Thursday comes and no cable. Called them up and dude tells me they "moved" my cable boxes to my new address but there was a mistake and no one was dispatched to remove the trap. So they tell me someone will be out there by 11pm to do the work. I figure this is bullshite. Guess what? no cable again today. So I call them up again today and start getting the runaround once again. I ask for a supervisor and told one will call me back in an hour. I told the girl that I did not believe her due to their recent track record.

Bottom line is this seriously felt like the sound park episode. The people on the other end of the line might as well have been an automated computer system
