A LOT of people comment on flat iron steak (and very favorably).

I´d like to hear some rub or marinade recommendations, as well as cooking instructions (OJO- not grilling outside, it´s cold as all get out).

TIA

there were several threads a couple weeks back.

get a gallon ziploc. drop in salad oil, dale's, black pepper and some minced garlic. Sometimes I'll add beer or mexican seasonings if it is for fajitas.

Seal bag and let it marinate on the counter for a couple of hours. grill on high heat 5 minutes a side and voila!

since you're not grilling outside, do it in a hot skillet but open your windows brah.

Hadn´t planned on fajitas, but the fact you mention fajitas makes me think this meat may not be so good on its own....

Threw in garlic, pimentón, basil, sage, balsámico, sherry, sea salt, black pepper, splash of lemon.

Should be good to go.

You never answered me about doing something non fajitaísh.....
