Bluetooth headphones allowed during flights?

I believe Bluetooth is still not permitted on flights.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use bluetooth. It has a shorter range than WIFI which is available on some flights. Instead of turning on AIRPLANE mode, just turn OFF cellular data on your phone. Obviously I would check with the airline you're flying with.

I use them all the time. No problem.

Although airplane mode turns off BT, you can then turn BT back on.
