Has LSU ever rushed the field and court in the same school year?

I think it's pretty obvious that if we beat kentucky on Tuesday the student section will rush the court. Can anyone ever remember doing that for football and basketball?

I sure hope not. But I loved when they rushed the field for ole miss.

It wasn't the same academic year (fall - spring) but it was the same calendar year in 2000. When the basketball team destroyed Arizona in 2000 and then we rushed the field three times in 2000 after football wins.

How can you be okay with rushing for ole miss but not the number one team in the country who is being crowned a dream team?

LSU vs Arizona was played in December of 2002.

We rushed the court in 2002 when we beat Arizona by 1. We blew them out in 2000 but I wasn't there so I don't know if we rushed it.
