Master Hand sucks in SSB4

I realize there is a rhythm to everything in this and past smash boss fights, but is this specific one (and that's not including Crazy Hand either) the hardest EVER?

To those who aren't smashers, you have to play 8.0 out of 9 difficulty or higher to even reach this specific form of the two hands. There's 8 overall parts to it if you include the crazy hand and what the core does if you don't get to it in time. Every single one of them can send you flying in one hit. You only get one 2 lives and 1 heart container if you reach the master fortress. To beat the Master Fortress you have to destroy 4 different cores, each of which take slightly more hits to kill.

Only thing is, the walls in some parts are covered in this volatile substance that if you reach 100% upon hitting it, you're dead and have to start the whole fight all over again, even if you have two lives left (on occasion). I've played a lot of Nintendo and Sega games over the past 20 years but even the yellow devil is child's play compared to this IMO. Probably one of Sakurai's greatest trolls ever. FWIW, I just beat it with Samus a while back and haven't really tried since. Used a custom defense set to 160+. Of course I've only had the game since December.


What's even worse is that if you die in a match vs. The M and C Hand, you'll get lowered out of the difficulty eligibility for the Master Fortress too. What do you guys think? The music is fricking epic though.
