The Seattle Seahawks front office combo of head coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider have hit home run after home run in the drafts over the past few years.

And that success comes with a cost. Since winning Super Bowl XLVIII, the Seahawks have given cornerback Richard Sherman a four-year, $56 million contract and safety Earl Thomas a four-year $40 million contract. Defensive end Michael Bennett, linebacker K.J. Wright and defensive end Cliff Avrill also received big-money extensions since then.

Up next are quarterback Russell Wilson, running back Marshawn Lynch and linebacker Bobby Wagner. While the Seahawks will likely have slightly over $23.3 in cap room, over $4 million of that is tied up to the upcoming draft selections. Cornerback Byron Maxwell is likely to depart in free agency.

Bleacher Report NFL Insider Jason Cole throws another wrinkle into the mix - Ndamukong Suh. Unless the Lions slap the franchise tag on the All-Pro defensive tackle, he is slated to become the biggest free agent on the market March 10.

"In talking to sources close to Ndamukong Suh, where he wants to play is he would love to be with the Seattle Seahawks," Cole said. "This is his number one choice - because Suh is from the northwest area, grew up in Portland, he'd like to be there."
