Why is the tracker behind?

Donte was announced awhile ago and there are pictures of him signing his LOI and tracker isn't updated.
Same with Maea. He was put on LOI list then removed. ETA: He was re-added to the LOI list.
Just curious is the "tracker keeper" knows something we don't or is waiting for lsusports.net to update or something.

papers could be signed but doesnt mean it has been faxed
