I'd it bad that QPonn is a lot better since he left us?

He wasn't any good when we had him before. He goes to a legit playoff team, and comes back much improved.

Is this poor development on our part?

I think it says you can talk winning culture all you want, but the key component to winning culture is winning. By the time we get to keep our own pick we'll be in a place to develop someone like Pondexter.

Not really true. He was young and expendable at the time.

a rookie season isn't as good as later in the career?

Monty wouldnt really play him and when he got traded he got more playing time and hit his groove. He got better almost immediately after leaving here.

So ya they get better but leaving nola was best thing ever for him because he was rotting on our bench with no light ahead
