Just brought a Playstation 2 home and was asked if it was necessary to have another system.

Hadn't thought about it and realized I have 8 systems that are in use, this making 9.

Atari
NES
SNES
Nintendo 64
Nintendo GameCube
Nintendo Wii
Xbox 360
Playstation 2
Xbox One

What do you have?

I have a gaming room. I like it being filled out with multiple systems rather than just a computer. I see your point though.

I know you've posted it before but what exactly does your company do?

Am I correct in saying that your company is hired by mortgage companies to clean out repossessed homes?

Any unclaimed property belongs to the mortgage holder I assume, and you keep what they don't want?

Yes I manage repos for banks and investors and that includes repairs, maintaining the landscaping, monthly sales cleans, inspections, etc. We maintain them during pre and post foreclosure then get them market ready.

Part of what we do is trash outs and anything left after the property has conveyed to the bank belongs to the bank but they don't want it. They just want it gone so they can market the house.

Video game stuff is really a small part of stuff I come across. I am looking for a building to rent so I can open a flea market with it all.

There is another person who posts on TD and the gaming board that does the same thing I do but in Florida. He texted me this picture the other day from a house he was at.

Very steady. More often than not I have more work than I can get to but I have some good workers now and we always figure out a way.

I currently have 31 work orders for next week and they will add to that every day.

That's not counting the inspection side where we inspect 400-500 properties per month. I have two women that handle that for me though.
