Should I get rid of direct TV and use Netflix?

I don't watch much tv and I am paying 180 a month for Direct TV. Has anyone used only Netflix and was it worth it? Also, is Hulu better than Netflix?

The big question when dropping TV is if you watch live stuff often. If you just like to be entertained, there's months of that on Netflix. But it's hard to watch sports and such. Not always good streams out there, and that's technically illegal.

I watch too much golf channel all the Astros games and tons of college football... there is only a couple months a year I could get by without cable.

Unless you have someone that will give you their login for espn3. There is a relatively cheap antenna as well that allows near high def local channels. There are ways around it I'm searching now because my bill snuck up to 180 as well. Too much for barely watching
