chicken giblets in dirty rice

I have to do the box for the sake of time and money.

Plus, I don't use all those ingredients on a regular basis.

But I do like to add another cup of rice to the box mix...getting about 3 more meals out of it.

That means I have to put another .5 lb - 1 lb of meat that it calls for.

I started a thread on here about how I used hot dogs to make that last amount.

I did it again this time.

We'll see how it turns out. 5 minutes until dinner time.
