Top 5 class?

If we end up flipping Dillon, Leo, and key would that do it? Or would it take a few other surprises? Personally I love our class already but man adding those three would be a hell of a turn around this late in the game!

As recently as last month most had been bracing for a solid, but unspectacular class. Top 8-12 range but not quite #elite.
Since then, we've picked up a ton of momentum after hiring Coach O. Every possible surprise addition to the class we had on our wish list has become more likely to sign with LSU with each passing day.

I think we will finish top 5 for sure. We will get another linebacker and DE. At least one of Prince, Key, or Ce Ce maybe all 3? Could also get Lewis, Gibson, and Ried. We get all those guys and we are #1a. We will finish well into the top 10 and that's a great finish being how we were just what 19th lol. LSU is in good hands. All this talk of Les Miles is junk, yes we have had bad luck with the QB position but I think we will fix it. He has to if he wants to win and go out as such.

I always figured for Top 10... Top 5 should be doable.

If Chavis were still on staff, I'd think we'd be settling right outside the top ten.
O and Steele and Wilson have been putting in a lot of work.

This class will be just great. We are missing Defense tackle and linebacker right now. Last year we signed Garrett
Next year with a year under belt Steele and O will fill the middle void in our defense.
If one of our QB's matures and breaks out we will compete at the top level

I went to 247 and it has this predictor on there. I added Key, Lewis, Gibson, Moreau, Reid, Dillon, and CeCe and it put us at 309 pts. Thats right behind where Bama is now. So I figure it would probably get us to 3rd or 4th if we get CeCe.

I'm just making a conscious decision to count Tre Valentine with this years class for a DT. He's gonna play as a truefaux freshman this year and make our DLine rotation.
So that fixes that. For me.
