OT Docs: Bloating and Stomach Pain

After work this evening I started feeling a little nauseated after a bit it turned into a dull stomach pain. It is my mid to upper stomach, I haven't had any gas or been able to really use the bathroom. I take Prilosec daily and took some tums when I got home. Anyone have any idea on what it could be, thought maybe appendix but the pain hasn't really gone to my abdomen. FWIW I'm 25 and healthy (I think)

I literally had this starting Sunday night through Tuesday. Didn't go to the Dr., didn't die. Maybe something is going around.
