Baton Rouge Mardi Gras - Next 9 days should be fun!

I know a lot of folks think Mardi Gras begins and ends with New Orleans. I've enjoyed myself a ton down there myself.
But there's Spanish Town's Ball Saturday, Artemis and Orion roll next weekend with the Orion Ball Saturday Night.
Personally we'll be there for Artemis on Friday Night and the Orion Parade and Ball Saturday. Anyone else?

It began there. As far as I'm concerned, it begins on St. Charles on 12th Night with the Phorty Phunny Phellows these days.
