Paige, the way you asked Rob made you sound kinda desperate. Also, you sounded like you were used to guys just using you for sex. In the future, when asking about a relationship developing, don't throw the sex part in there. Seriously, guys with any brains will see this. I hope you can snag another doctor, Rob is gone.

So you don't think Paige's future hubby is going to be a miserable wreck with constant hauntings of a wife whoring around town all day and night?

All of this.

I'm sorry, Paige :( His response was not positive in my interpretation.

There is nothing wrong with having sex with someone before it turns into a relationship, but there is a way to do it that shows you still respect yourself and that you aren't going to be strung along. There is nothing at all wrong with standing your ground and being honest about how you feel and what you expect from him. It isn't clingy or desperate, and if a man thinks it is, he isn't worth your time anyway.

The way you asked him, along with your response, wasn't standing your ground. You resigned to his lack of interest in being in a relationship, and showed that you're just going to keep holding out hope.

If he won't be with you now, he won't be with you ever. Sure, there are exceptions to this rule.. but in general, it is true. Very few things in life are worthy of passing on someone you are truly interested in being with.

If this is an example of her MO, she's not getting married.

I'm not saying this to be mean. I like Paige.

They have hung out 2 times, I think its too early to say that if he won't be with her now he won't ever be with her.

How the hell was I supposed to know that? I generally avoid hearing about you people's real life issues. The screenshot when I clicked on the thread intrigued me.

So what's the deal? She has only met this guy twice? They doing long distance chatting or something?
What is the relationship with the title of this thread? Did she ask him for a threesome?

I did see that. "I'm going to marry him. He doesn't know that yet."

I don't know. Everyone is different.

All I can say is his response in the screen shot isn't the most favorable. For her sake, I hope I am wrong :) I don't dislike Paige.

I guess I just find that when someone isn't as enthusiastic as yourself about it, they aren't interested. I could be wrong.

Yall are talking and giving advice as if paige was here reading this

she was drunk last night and probably regrets this thread and would want it to die.

I say we let it die and just quit responding to it unless she shows up asking for more advice instead of beating up the same advice already given
