Long story short... running out of things to watch on Netflix.

Can I get a list of some hidden Netflix gems to watch?

Peaky Blinders

If you're looking for a movie, watch The Hunt.

Lilyhammer

Stars the guy who played Silvio on The Sopranos, and is based around him being a mafia guy in NYC who goes into witness protection and hides out in Lilyhammer, Norway. Pretty good dark comedy, and it's 8 episodes per season (3 seasons), so it's easy to run through.

Psycho-Pass

Yes, it is anime, but I've yet to meet anyone who didn't like it, even those who aren't a fan of anime.

Last person I told about it ended up powering through it in a week.

The Grey Zone

I watched this the other night because it was on Roger Ebert's Great Movies list. Very underrated Holocaust movie featuring great cinematography and Mamet-style dialogue. Just ignore Harvey Keitel's mediocre attempt to cover up his heavy Brooklyn accent with a German one.

Beyond the Black Rainbow

It's a Tarkovsky movie on an acid trip. It's also one of those movies that I wasn't sure if I enjoyed after viewing but it stuck with me for awhile and I have been itching to revisit it.

Panic In Needle Park

This was Al Pacino's first big role before he became a superstar in The Godfather. It's a gritty and bleak movie about heroin addicts in New York.

The Story of Film: And Odyssey

A 15 part documentary series. In my opinion, this is the greatest and most comprehensive analysis of the entire history of film.

I could keep going but that should be enough for now.

Ravenous-great cast and soundtrack. Sets up as a civil war movie but there is an awesome twist.

Headhunters is my favorite action/suspense movie on Netflix. Check and see if it's still on streaming
