I have never camped there, but it is a very nice park. Cool frisbee golf course.

Tent or RV?
I've used their tent sites. They're all in a small circle. You'll get to know your neighbors well.

There are a few waterside tent sites, but those are VERY swampy.

Other than that, it's a great park. For a more scenic drive, I'd recommend getting there via HWY 378 instead of HWY 171/Martin Luther King Highway.

Sorry RV. For the disc golf, do you need to bring your own disc?

We used to rent a cabin there on the water all the time. I forgot what number it is. We always had fun. bug spray is a must though.

Also, bring bikes to ride around the park/trails.

Yep, mosquitoes in this part of the world all the time unless it's in the 20's.
