ACON possibility of drawing of lots

Obviously this is a bullcrap way of handling this and it would only happen in the ACON, but I do want to live and see this happen at least once before I die.
In case you don't want the link, Guinea, Mali, Cameroon and the Ivory Coast are all sitting on 2 points after all the games have finished in 1-1 draws. For the drawing of lots to happen it would require the remaining two games to finish 0-0 or 6-6, or that's what I read lol.
