Harris gave LSU fool's gold, by playing great against a crappy arse NMST team and MSU's crappy arse secondary (look at the numbers).

I remember a poster after the NMST game say that NMST's defense did not give any different looks presnap. They stayed with the same look from the time they lined up to the time the ball was snapped.

We do know that Harris told his coach that he was not interested in leaving LSU. We also know that his coach went on a radio show and said that he thought Harris should transfer to a juco. I would not send another recruiter to Parkway while Feaster was there. Why would anyone if the coach is telling kids to transfer from a premier school to play juco for a year then go somewhere else?

"The big concern with him is about his mental makeup," said one of the coaches. "When we saw him in Dallas, he kept telling people how he'd never really been coached before. Like, he was using the same excuse, the same crutch, on people. He sounded rehearsed. You wonder if he's the guy who makes excuses when the chips are all on the table and things aren't going right. You wonder how he'd carry a locker room. Will kids see right through him?"

So the kid explaining that he wasn't really being coached on the QB skills equals that he is trying to find a scapegoat? Feldman is a hack and some of those coaches are pathetic. The kid was stating that he hadn't been coached on the things that every freaking egotistical coach at that camp demanded of him. What do they expect him to say?

He was able to be successful with how he was playing in high school. Most coaches in high school are there to win games not develop college/pro-caliber QBs, yet some expect them to be that for some estranged reason.

So next time someone goes to a new job and they aren't prepared in something, they should just be like "yeah, I don't know how to do that because I am lazy and don't take responsibility for what I don't know" rather than, "I am sorry, but I wasn't trained on that at my previous job".

For whatever reason Miles and Cameron had for not playing Harris, LSU has a bigger problem when their coaches can't seem to develop a highschool QB consistently.

We have no idea what he said to his coach to bring about this sequence.

If Parkway has a quality recruit, LSU should be there.

Someone from LSU needs to pick up the phone and tell him to keep his mouth shut then. Horrible publicity for his players and himself.

I agree, but I'm sure someone will have a word with him. A school like LSU isn't going to shut the doors to potential recruits though.

What he said was out of line, you keep that stuff to yourself but I imagine he was speaking out of frustration. He's got some growing to do.

When Feaster and Fletch talk about Brandon, some stupid things get said. I understand wanting to support the local guy but some of the shite they say is comical.

Well, they certainly don't have a monopoly on that kind of behavior.

So does Parkway football just have to do something stupid every year. Someone needs to step up and clean that thing up. The media is already anti Parkway football, this won't help. Too good of a school for constant immature stupidity on the football side to give them a bad name, consistently

bullshite. If Harris were allowed to play through his deficiencies, which reportedly have little to do with actual game experience, LSU would have lost 3-4 more games and your ilk would be the first here calling for Miles' head. The entire rant wanted Harris to start at AU, then melted down and called for Miles to be fired when Harris couldn't even keep the run game in rhythm.

Oh really, 3-4 more games? LSU won 8 games this season.

LSU beat Ole Miss by scoring a grand total of 10 points and only giving up 7

They beat Kentucky by scoring a grand total more than 3 points. They win either game with Harris at QB.

They beat A&M by holding them down on defense and running all over their putrid defense and still only scored 23 points.

Outside of maybe UF (doubtful still) and Wisconsin, what other games does LSU lose? What about the fact that their defense nearly beat Bama despite a horrid offense showing in the passing game? OR how about perhaps they beat MSU seeing as Harris' ability matched their weaknesses defense?

LSU isn't going 4-8 or 5-7 with Harris. They likely at worst lost one more game.

They were baseball rivals in HS, so this doesn't bother me...

. But I do think he handled the QB situation very poorly this year.

The QB's are the one's most responsible for poor handling this year.

As far as auburn if he had shown something...anything perhaps things would have gone differently for him.

And as many here say Harris is heads above AJ.
Did they both play at auburn?
How did their stats compare?
AJ QBR 41.1
BH QBR 6.8

AJ 5/10 8.4 avg
BH 3/14 4.1 avg

Fair has nothing to do with football.
Beat the other guy then you play.
